When i purchased my first property, i was working with another realtor and he showed me few properties and I liked one property & told him to put a little low offer and if we get counter we can go little high because property was on the market for 2 months, so I was hoping to pay less. He did not listen to me and fired me. I found Jeff online and told him the whole story and I told him that i want to put an offer on this property and at this price. He did not say anything and said i will put an offer for you. Guess what i ended up buying that property and closed the escrow within 30 days. All you need is a good agent who have good negotiation skills when you are buying or selling the property. I was very impressed with him. I have been using Jeff Stevens as my broker for last 9 years. I have purchased few properties thru Jeff Stevens. You may have heard the term "SELL HIGH BUY LOW" in the stock market. I was always under impression that this concept doesn’t exit. He proved "BUY LOW" to me twice in the real estate market when i purchased two properties from him. Recently, I purchase a property thru Jeff in Dublin, SFO. Market is so hot here that everything goes over listing. This property was listed for $1,199,000 & I ended up buying this property for $1,175,000 ($24K less than the listing price) and appraisal came out at $35K more than my purchase price. I find him easy to get along with, responsive, attentive and very hard working. He is honest and i never have to worry about feeling cheated. He has very good sense of real estate market and he is also MBA and have good marketing and negotiation skill. If we are close to making a deal on a property, he will help out if necessary. He will go the extra mile to get the transaction closed. I really cannot say anything negative about him. He always answers his phones even in the evening and weekends. I really like that because when i am interested in a property i am constantly calling the broker to find out what is going on with the property. I trust Jeff so much, that I am not hesitant to refer him to anyone. Over the years, I have referred him to several of my friends & all of them got a good deal and ended up buying thru him. All i heard from them about Jeff was this – He is AMZING, He is GREAT etc. All were extremely happy, and they also referred him several more friends and all were very happy. I am confident, if I have to sell any property in future, he will prove the concept of “SELL HIGH” as well.
